Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Office Receptionist at Palazzo Nainer Boutique Hotel, located in Rome. The role involves managing day-to-day front office operations, welcoming and assisting guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing front office operations and maintaining guest records
* Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and positive guest experience
* Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to handle xjrgpwk Front Office tasks such as check-ins, check-outs, and managing bookings efficiently
* Fluency in both Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus
* Computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management software is preferred (OPERA Cloud PMS)
* Professional demeanor with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Proven experience in the field (at least 3 years)
