Their task will be to ensure the efficiency and reliability of equipment through lubrication, mechanical maintenance, and support in vibration analysis, contributing to the predictive and preventive maintenance service provided by John Crane.
The work location will be at the Client’s facilities. xpavfwm Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure maximum performance of operating machinery at assigned facilities through predictive and preventive maintenance activities, including:Vibration measurementsLubrication of rotating machinery (oils and greases)Thermography and infrared analysisLaser alignment of machine trainsOil and fluid sampling for analysisField balancing and alignmentMinor mechanical maintenanceOperational support and guidance to the client’s maintenance teamCorrectly interpret collected data (vibrations, thermographic signals, lubrication parameters, etc.) and ensure clear and continuous communication with the client, working in full synergy with other professionals involved.QualificationsRequired Qualifications3–5 years of practical experience in rotating machinery lubricationDegree in Engineering or Technical Diploma (preferably mechanical or similar)ISO 18436 Category 1 certification in vibration analysis required; Category 2 is a plusTraining for working in confined spaces will be considered a plusGood interpersonal skills, initiative, and operational autonomyInterest in condition monitoring and fault diagnostics via vibration analysisFair knowledge of English (written and spoken)What We OfferPlacement in a highly qualified technical teamContinuous training and certification opportunitiesDynamic and technologically advanced environmentCareer growth opportunities in the maintenance field #J-18808-Ljbffr
