Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Support Intern to assist the CEO in managing and streamlining sales-related activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving data-driven decision-making. This is a remote internship designed for ambitious individuals eager to work closely with leadership, contribute to international growth, and develop skills in sales operations, process automation, and data monitoring. This position is intended as a pathway to a permanent role in our organization. Key Responsibilities As a Operations Support Intern, you will: Support Sales Operations: - Assist the CEO in managing sales processes, preparing proposals, and maintaining client relationships. - Monitor and update CRM tools to ensure accurate and organized sales data. Process Optimization: - Identify opportunities for improving sales workflows and implementing automation tools. - Leverage AI technologies to simplify repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency. Data Monitoring and Growth Hacking: - Track key sales metrics and analyze data to provide actionable insights. - Help prepare sales reports and presentations for strategic decision-making. International Expansion Projects: - Contribute to the preparation of documentation for international partnerships and opportunities. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support cross-border sales initiatives. What We’re Looking For Experience: - At least 1 year of professional experience in business support, sales, or a similar field. Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in AI tools and willingness to embrace new technologies. - Experience with CRM tools and data analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools). Languages: - Fluent in Italian and English. Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is required. Personal Attributes: - A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude. - Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, international environment. - Excellent communication and time-management skills. Education: - Recent graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
