As Senior Manager, People Operations – Iberia, you will play a key role in leading and transforming workforce operations across Spain and Portugal while contributing to the strategic direction of People Operations in Europe.
\n

Member of: Europe People Operations Management Team

Reporting to: Vice President People Operations Europe
\n
This role goes beyond payroll management. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — while driving payroll governance and transformation initiatives within Iberia.

Your Mission
\n
Lead end-to-end People Operations delivery across Iberia.
\n
Drive payroll transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
\n
Ensure full compliance with labor legislation and internal governance standards.
\n
Optimize workforce processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and employee experience.
\n
Align Iberia operations with European People Operations strategy.
\n
Identify automation and system improvement opportunities.
\n
Influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational alignment with business goals.
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
Oversee payroll governance and employee lifecycle operations in Spain & Portugal.
\n
Lead and develop mid-sized Operations team.
\n
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
\n
Drive process standardization and digitalization initiatives.
\n
Manage operational risks and implement sustainable improvements.
\n
Represent Iberia within the Europe People Operations leadership framework.
\n
Contribute to strategic decision-making at European level.
\n
What We Are Looking For
\n
Extensive experience in Payroll and/or People Operations leadership roles.
\n
Proven multi-country payroll exposure.
\n
Strong background in process transformation and governance.
\n
Experience working within multinational environments and Shared Services.
\n

Digital acumen

Deep knowledge of payroll compliance and workforce lifecycle management.
