We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Communication Manager who will act as a strategic partner to the business, capturing market insights to help define the company\'s long-term direction. You will evolve our brand identity and manage our multi-channel ecosystem for Italian and Export markets, and take an active role in identifying positioning opportunities that ensure sustainable growth. The role will also involve elements of product management, with initial responsibility for the dishwashing product line. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liStrategic Market Insights Positioning: Monitor and analyze digital market trends and competitor activities to identify key insights; identify product or service positioning opportunities through deep-dive analysis of the digital landscape. /li liValue Proposition Strategy: Define and strategize how to communicate the company’s value proposition effectively to target audiences. /li liBusiness Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to ensure all communication efforts align with overall business goals. /li liBrand Identity Governance: Elevate the company’s tone of voice and visual presence; creation, update, and enforcement of Company Profile and official Brand Guidelines. /li liContent Strategy: Oversee the creation of high‑impact content (copy, visuals, video), with the ability to explore generative AI tools as a support. /li liCreative Supervision: Lead the production of all marketing collateral (sales kits, brochures, digital assets) ensuring a premium and modern aesthetic in line with corporate standards. /li liDigital Ecosystem Demand Generation: Optimize the corporate website (CMS) and social media profiles to drive engagement; Plan, execute, and monitor digital and geomarketing campaigns, including paid advertising across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, as well as CRM and email marketing automation. /li liData Insights: Utilize analytics and data tools to monitor KPIs, predict trends, and optimize campaign performance. /li liEvents Agency Coordination: Direct the strategic organization of local and international events, ensuring a cohesive brand experience from booth layout to on-site execution. /li liBranches Partner Brand Alignment: Support domestic and international partners branches to ensure that Angelo Po Guidelines are reflected in showrooms, events, and social media presence. /li liStakeholder Management: Brief and manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring all deliverables meet evolving digital and quality standards. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liExperience: 5+ years in Digital Marketing Communication, preferably in international environments. /li liStrategic Tools: Knowledge of corporate communication tools, including development of Company Profiles and implementation of global Brand Guidelines. /li liAI Literacy: Curiosity and openness toward AI tools with interest in supporting marketing workflows. /li liTechnical Stack: Proficiency in CMS (WordPress / Shopify), CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce), and Google Analytics / Matomo. /li liCreative Suite: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere) and/or Canva. /li liLanguages: Professional fluency in English; French or Spanish is a plus. /li liOther Skills: Strategic thinker, autonomous project manager, and a keen eye for emerging digital trends. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
