Ayesa Digital, Making It Happen. /p pIf you're an enthusiastic person, passionate about technology, and looking for your next professional challenge, this is your place! /p h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liProven experience in Application Management Services (AMS) or equivalent operational leadership roles /li liStrong proficiency in English (working language for the project) /li liDemonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and lead technical teams /li liExperience working within ITSM frameworks and Agile methodologies /li liTrack record of SLA ownership and service quality governance /li /ul h3Technical stack — experience or strong familiarity required: /h3 ul liKubernetes (critical across the managed applications ecosystem) /li liJava, Python, Apache Tomcat /li liReact and Angular /li liWSO2 (integration API management) /li liAmazon Web Services (AWS) /li /ul h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liAssume overall technical responsibility for the delivery, stability, and quality of the managed applications ecosystem. /li liAct as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing visibility into system health and active operations. /li liCoordinate operational resources to resolve tickets and bugs, adhering strictly to SLAs and using enterprise ITSM and Agile frameworks. /li liMaintain full ownership of service quality, escalation management, and technical performance reporting. /li liOrganise and lead periodic meetings with the development team to stay constantly aligned on new releases, features, and platform updates. /li /ul h3What do we offer? /h3 ul liGo as far as you want!
