Valeo Service is the Aftermarket Specialist serving both auto manufacturers with original equipment spares and the independent aftermarket with replacement parts and accessories for passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
Responsibilities
- The Quality Trainee will support VSAT Quality team to be the interface for Customer quality matters for all VSAT warranty claims, questions, requests, recalls.
- The candidate will support VSAT Quality team in solving quality and warranty claims and keeping a follow up on them, will make claims registration and processing in SAP ERP, organising claims returns to suppliers, coordinating guaranteed issues efficiently following applicable targets. The Quality Trainee will also support VSAT Quality team for quality reporting activities, analytic/statistic reports, projects to improve warranty claims handling in SAP and other assigned tasks.
Desired Skills
- Engineering Degree
- Fluent in Italian and intermediate in English (B2 minimum)
- Knowledge of Google Applications or Microsoft Office Suite
