We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Business Analyst (Internal demands) to join our team.
In this role, you will be part of the global team responsible for demand management across regions.
You will work directly with our business stakeholders to support shaping, assessing, and reviewing their demands in collaboration with our Global IT teams.

In this role, you will actively partner with business stakeholders and support demand management across all stages.
Responsibilities include :
Demand Management :
Shape and assess business demands Collaboration :
Work with global IT teams Teamwork :
Contribute to improving the internal demand management process Architecture & Security reviews :
Support and drive approval processes Service Management :
Handle requests and incidents (primarily in Jira) What you need is :
Strong self-organizational skills Strong attention to detail and curiosity to learn about Hilti's business functions and needs Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure (including cloud) Basic understanding of Project Management Preferred :
