<p><b> The company </b></p><p> The company headquarters is located in Bolzano, Northern Italy, at the plant formerly owned by Lancia, a renowned manufacturer of industrial vehicles founded in 1937 . </p><p> IDV boasts an independent internal structure entirely dedicated to research and development, with full access to the company’s extensive engineering resources. </p><p></p><p><b> Role </b></p><p> Within the DV & Astra Program Management Function, the selected candidate will join the Cross Program area, which operates across the Product Lines and is responsible for Program Governance & Processes, Product Value Analysis, planning, analytics, and periodic reporting. </p><p> More specifically, the selected candidate will support the Head of the Cross Program area and the Product Line Managers in relation to the areas described below. </p><p></p><p><b> Main responsibilities : </b></p><ul><li> Coordination with Sales Administration for the mapping and periodic allocation to Program Managers of all active contracts in IDV & Astra </li><li> For contracts that include product development: definition, maintenance, and monitoring of the Milestone Calendar in coordination with Program Managers, including the collection and archiving of milestone approvals </li><li> Supporting Program Managers in the development and reporting activities required by the job-order accounting process </li><li> Supporting the definition and maintenance of KPIs for the Function, in line with relevant Management Procedures and related tools for analysis, monitoring, and internal communication </li><li> Supporting the development and maintenance of processes and procedures that directly or indirectly involve the Function </li><li> Developing and maintaining IT tools used within the Function, independently using MS Power Platform tools and/or in collaboration with the ICT department </li><li> Maintenance of the Function's SharePoints and archived documentation, including for Audit purposes </li><li> Managing purchase requests for materials or services through the company’s SAP system on behalf of the Function </li></ul><p> The candidate must be able to interact proactively within the DV & Astra Program Management Function, fostering change and continuous improvement. </p><p></p><p><b> Qualifications & skills: </b></p><ul><li> Technical Institute diploma (mechanical, electrical, materials, IT, administration/finance) or a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics </li><li> Knowledge and use of MS 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)</li><li> Good knowledge of the English language </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Our commitment: </b></p><ul><li> We offer a paid extracurricular internship with a monthly allowance around €1,000, in addition to company canteen access </li><li> Innovative work environment within a young and dynamic team </li><li> High-tech projects in the Automotive and Defense sectors </li><li> Job opportunities within a rapidly growing organization in an international context </li><li><b> Workplace: </b> Bolzano, in the heart of the Dolomites, combining quality of life and innovation </li></ul><p></p>
