We are looking for a passionate Embedded IoT Engineer with a strong interest in electronics and firmware development to join our team and contribute to the creation of new connected IoT devices.
We are seeking a practical, curious, and self-driven person who can follow product development from concept to working prototype.
What You’ll Do
* Design electronic embedded IoT devices
* Create schematics and PCB layouts
* Prototype and validate hardware
* Develop firmware in C/C++ for ESP32
* Integrate sensors, wireless modules, and peripherals
* Perform hardware/software debugging and system optimization
* Support prototype assembly and industrialization
Stack & Technologies
* ESP32 / ESP-IDF
* C / C++
* PCB Design (KiCad, Altium, or similar)
* UART, SPI, I2C, BLE, Wi-Fi
* FreeRTOS
* Git
We’re Looking for Someone Who Has
* Experience in embedded hardware and firmware development
* Ability to design PCBs and bring up prototypes
* Good knowledge of digital electronics
* Experience with debugging and laboratory instruments
* Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
* Independence and motivation to build real products
* Good Italian and English language skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Experience with low-power / battery-powered devices
* Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and DFM (Design for Manufacturing)
* MQTT / Cloud IoT experience
* CE/FCC certification experience
* Embedded Linux knowledge
