Job Description
Your Mission
* You are responsible for our Italian customers and take care of all communication.
* You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries.
* You train operational managers remotely or on-site for our product usage.
* You identify possible stumbling blocks in the onboarding project and eliminate them in coordination with customers and your colleagues from other areas.
* You upgrade our solution for existing clients.
* Through your proximity to the customer, you help continuously improve our product and processes.
Your Profile
* You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, ideally with proof of your own successful projects.
* You have a structured and clean way of working, even in stressful situations: you can keep several tasks in progress.
* You have clear and confident communication at C-level, even in tense environments.
* You are willing to travel to our customers.
* You are native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English, and keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in the automotive or software environment is desirable but not required.

About Our Product
We have developed a digital payment platform that optimizes internal payment processes and saves valuable time and costs in the back office. We enable car dealership groups to offer a fully digital payment process with various payment methods, including specialized payment methods for large sums.
