Manager, Dealer Management Italy (Distribution Manager)
**Location**: anywhere - North of Italy
**Main tasks**:
Support network transformation plan execution
Prospect, nominate & terminate dealers, distribution contract negotiation
Ensure dealers meet quality standards, execute local dealer performance reviews, ensure quality/implementation of improvement actions
Strategic dealer communication, create individual mid-term strategic improvement plans by dealer
Coach dealers on financial health

Network exclusivity / brand focus
Network performance levels and tool implementation
Dealer quality
**Background**:
Studies in Agriculture, Business or Economics (Bachelor)
Experience in the area of dealer management or sales at a multi-outlet distribution partner or with an OEM in ag/construction machinery or truck/automotive
Knowledge of Finance and Commercial Law in a distribution environment
Leadership skills with positive drive to influence various stakeholders
Pragmatic team player, eager to achieve goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Very good analytical skills
Able to lead change
