What will you be doing in this role? Assist in delivering 3rd level technical support for IT and Data Management Services, ensuring assigned services remain available. Perform fault diagnosis using the IT and Data Management Services Management System, including remote troubleshooting as needed. Supervise and execute routine maintenance on IT infrastructure, management appliances, and related equipment. Support updates and changes to system documentation. Carry out backups and restores for IT and Data Management Services devices. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate efforts and facilitate smooth software support and development activities. Participate in Incident, Change, and Release Management processes according to NCIA procedures, ensuring timely incident resolution within established KPIs. What will you be bringing to the team? Have at least a High School Diploma. At least 8 years’ progressive experience in complex network engineering roles. Hold and active CCIE (R&S, Enterprise Infrastructure or Service Provider) certification. Understanding of enterprise network infrastructures leveraging BGP, MPLS, IPv6, OSPF, IS-IS. Expert in BGP : route reflectors, confederations, communities, path manipulation, filtering (iBGP, eBGP, policy control). Skilled in QoS design, shaping, policing, and classification ( CBWFQ, LLQ, WRED ). Proven expertise in IPv6 implementation, troubleshooting, dual-stack environments, and transition strategies Deep knowledge of policy-based routing, route aggregation, summarization, redistribution, VRF, and MPLS traffic engineering. Extensive experience with multicast protocols : PIM (sparse / dense mode), IGMP, MSDP, Anycast RP ; configuration and troubleshooting. Proficient in datacenter and switching technologies : STP, MSTP, RapidPVST, EtherChannel, LACP, Virtual Stack, StackWise, Cisco Nexus NX-OS, Spine-Leaf architecture, VXLAN. Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark, NetFlow, SNMP, and network monitoring tools. Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies. Familiar with DevNet, API integrations, and network programmability. Knowledgeable in network security best practices : ACLs, firewalls, VPNs, IPSec, AAA, RBAC, PKI, and security hardening. Proficient in network automation and scripting with Python, Ansible, and Terraform. Knowledge of ITIL IT service management model. Proficiency in English at a C level.
