Skills and Responsibilities
* Provide first and second level support for customer issues, including troubleshooting and resolution.
* Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues.
* Communicate proactively regarding issue status and resolution updates.
* Maintain accurate ticket updates for all reported incidents.
* Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10), Microsoft Office 2010, and authorized applications like Cisco Jabber.
* Support basic Mac OS support for Apple PC users.
* Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers and hardware components.
* Perform preventive maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.
* Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
* Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software issues.
* Possess broad IT knowledge, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.
* Work effectively in project-based environments requiring flexibility and teamwork.
Minimum Requirements
* Valid work permit.
* Strong knowledge of IT and computers.
* Several years of relevant experience preferred.
* Italian language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
