Nature and aim of the position
The Sales & Marketing Strategic Analyst reports to the Sales & Marketing Senior Analyst and collaborates with CMD, Sales & Marketing teams to provide consistent reports, analysis, and insights supporting strategic commercial decisions.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Internal reporting to monitor trends in the Commercial Portfolio (Account, Key Account, Currency Choice) and identify areas for improvement;
* Preparation of basic periodic reports such as Insight, Commission Report, and simple ad hoc analyses;
* Development of advanced periodic reports like Business Overview, Weekly Dashboard, and DCC Dash;
* Supporting high-level requests for CEO meetings, SBR, Sales Meetings, MPA, and creating special dashboards, TFS-ATM;
* Marketing support, including content creation (infographics), data analysis for press, webinars, and events;
* Supporting Currency Choice data analysis to assist the payments team;

* Excellent presentation skills and ability to tell compelling data stories;
* Good communication skills to present ideas clearly and concisely;
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy;
* Proficiency in tools: advanced Excel, Power BI, MicroStrategy;
* Ability to communicate effectively at various levels internally and externally;
* Business-oriented mindset;
* Organized, rational, adaptable, open-minded, and eager to learn;
* Problem-solving abilities.
Reporting and collaboration
The position reports to the Sales & Marketing Senior Analyst and collaborates with:
* Managing Director;
* Sales Manager, Head of KAM, Marketing Sales Manager, Head of Payments, GB Lounge Manager;
* Sales team;
* Finance and Administration.
Background and Education
* University Degree;
* Good command of English;
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or previous internship;
* Self-motivated with strong relationship skills;
* Marketing background is a plus;
* Knowledge of retail and digital sectors is advantageous.
