As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead initiatives that enhance our learner experience and drive digital transformation across the Group.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can work effectively on a remote basis and manage multiple cross-functional projects that span multiple brands and business units, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the successful adoption of change projects across the group.
Role responsibilities include:
· Supporting transformation initiatives across Knovia through the full project life cycle from concept through to benefits realisation, ensuring successful delivery to time, quality, and cost on digital transformation projects
· Defining and agreeing on project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals whilst maintaining detailed and accurate project documentation, including scope, requirements, budgets, benefits, integration plans, and user training
· Identifying, promoting, and implementing digital innovations to improve offerings to customers, increasing effectiveness and efficiency through new ways of working and the deployment of innovative new technology and systems
· Providing effective liaison between necessary IT resources to ensure quality and requirements are understood and delivered for all agreed work packages in line with agreed plans
· Gathering feedback from employees and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments, ensuring that changes are sustained over time by monitoring adoption rates and addressing any barriers or challenges that arise
· Adhering to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies and procedures and be aware of ISO 27001 requirements and comply with all aspects of Information Security, driving an approach across the wider business
What qualifications we need from you:
·Degree-level education in relevant discipline.
·Recognised Project Management Qualification e.g., APM, PMP, PRINCE2 or AgilePM
Knowledge and Experience
·Extensive experience in successfully leading and managing complex digital and technology projects using full cycle project management techniques and delivery methods
·Confident in delivering transformational projects on time, in line with budgets and quality requirements, with experience of embedding and reinforcing cultural change across multiple projects
·Experience of benefits realisation, including identifying, implementing, and delivering improvements and efficiencies arising from service transformation
·Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus
·Proven experience in monitoring and tracking projects, including risks, budget, delivery of effectiveness and efficiencies
·Technically minded with an interest in emerging technologies and innovative ways of working
·Friendly and approachable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written
