For our client, a multinational company that designs and manufactures systems for the production of food to order, we are looking for a:
**WAREHOUSE MANAGER**
The figure will be included in a growth project with increasing responsibilities: starting out as Warehouse Manager, it is envisaged that he will be entrusted with the creation and management of the pre-assembly department and subsequently also with assembly, thus becoming, in a project lasting approximately 5 years, the reference figure for the whole production.
**Main Responsibilities**:
The resource will be responsible for all operational activities of the Warehouse:
- Acceptance, incoming quality control, documentary verification and declaration of Warehouse accounting movements;
- Collection of materials for the production departments and picking for shipments of spare parts;
- Management of kanban and reorders to suppliers;
- Annual inventory;
They will also take care of the improvement activities related to the Warehouse:
- Data analysis and Warehouse process optimization activities with Lean logics;
- Optimization of the layout and reconfiguration of the Warehouse to feed efficiently;
- Management of warehouse and quality KPIs;
In a second step of growth, the resource will be responsible for the activities of the Pre-assembly Department:
- Coordination of activities and production team
- Monitoring and analysis of KPIs of the production department (quality, times and costs), promoting continuous improvement to ensure the achievement of production efficiency targets
- Promotes compliance with safety and environmental standards
**Requirements**:
We are looking for an ambitious person, who can grow together with the company, with the following requirements:
- Degree in management or mechanical engineering;
- Experience of at least 3 years in the role;
- Reading mechanical technical drawing;
- Knowledge of Lean methodology;
- Familiarity in using management ERP, windows and excel environment;
- Concreteness, proactivity, precision and flexibility
- Organizational skills, decision-making autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Results oriented and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility in hours
- Good knowledge of the English language
