Part of your responsibilities will be to support Program and Project Management activities tied to\n*manufacturing process improvements**\nfrom an industrial standpoint, building your technical expertise related to the assigned category. You will also support specific transversal initiatives driven by Industrial & Supply Direction, helping to set priorities and manage discontinuities across programs.\nYou will help manage the\n*Virtual Factory**\nprogram for your perimeter, and you will support your team in improvement initiatives and in fostering a\n*lean mindset**\n, encouraging cross-plant sharing of best practices from a category development perspective. Part of your responsibilities will be to identify opportunities and needs from an\n*industrial development point of view**\n, supporting the design and rollout of capacity analyses that inform investments and footprint decisions.\nYou will interact with\n*Ferrero Engineering**\non\n*technical innovation topics**\n, so that you can identify opportunities and leverage technical expertise in product development activities.
