For its Private Label Business Unit, Cotril is looking for talents in the Commercial and Marketing areas.

Open positions:
Sales Manager – Private Label
* Development and management of the Private Label business in Italy and abroad;
* Definition of commercial strategies and growth plans;
* Expansion of the customer portfolio at national and international level;
* Negotiation and management of complex projects;
* Collaboration with marketing, R&D and production teams;
* Supervision of the product development process, from the initial brief to final validation for production launch.
Group Product Manager – Private Label
* Development and management of new projects, from client input through to the sale of the finished product, providing briefs to internal departments and suppliers for the development of individual project activities;
* Preparation of the annual marketing plan;
* Market and industry trend analysis to identify new business opportunities;
* Development of materials and tools to support the sales team;
* Management of different product lines, coordinating all phases from design to presentation, liaising with R&D, sales and the graphic design department.
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in Marketing and Commercial Development in the cosmetics/beauty sector, with a strong focus on Private Label projects;
* Strategic thinking combined with a proactive, results-driven attitude;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong project and people management capabilities;
* Fluency in Italian and English;
* Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication or related fields.
