You will combine hands‑on application and infrastructure expertise with a pragmatic, results‑oriented mindset.\nYou will work closely with cross‑functional teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of strategic projects, aligning technical solutions with business objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.\nYour Activities\n\nYou will lead end‑to‑end project delivery activities, including planning, scoping, execution, risk mitigation, and post‑project evaluation.\nYou will manage resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring high‑quality and cost‑effective outcomes.\nYou will facilitate collaboration with stakeholders, end users, and vendors to gather requirements and align technology solutions with business needs.\nYou will drive the adoption of new technologies, automation initiatives, and process optimization to enhance efficiency, governance, and regulatory compliance.\nYou will monitor and control project financials, including costs, revenues, and profitability of the initiatives under your responsibility.\nYou will ensure alignment between technical architecture, operational processes, and Life Sciences regulatory standards.\n\nYou might be the right person if\n\nYou have proven experience managing systems supporting R&D; environments, such as Veeva Vault, Oracle Argus, SAS, Medidata Rave, or similar platforms.\nYou have strong knowledge of Life Sciences processes, particularly pharmacovigilance, clinical data management, and software validation.\nYou are fluent in English and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.\nYou are able to manage conflicting priorities and negotiate with diverse stakeholders in international contexts.\n\nThe Company Offers\n\nGross Annual Salary between €75,000 and €85,000 + MBO linked to performance objectives + Corporate welfare package\nHybrid working model\n\n
