As a Specialist Customer Care you have to prepare proposals / bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Works on the basis of a predefined sales plan.
Responsibilities
* Partner with the Best
* Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
* Handles standardized products with pre-defined options.
* Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set.
* Handles targeted clients
* Discusses sales approach with manager.
* Leads a department of medium-large personnel costs.
* Handles Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence
* Follow your passion
To be successful in your role
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong problem solving skills.
