This is a high-impact, field-based position where you’ll spend the majority of your time in-store across a large territory. You’ll be responsible for bringing the brand to life across 100+ doors, working closely with Beauty Advisors and store teams to drive sell-out, elevate product knowledge, and maximise in-store performance.
You are the face of the brand this role requires confidence, credibility, and proven experience operating within Sephora or similar environments.

Own field sales & education strategy and execution across your territory Visit 140+ retail doors, delivering impactful in-store support Lead engaging product training sessions for Beauty Advisors and store leadership Drive sales through side-by-side selling, coaching, and activations Build strong, lasting relationships with Sephora teams and retail partners Ensure exceptional in-store standards and brand visibility Support key launches, events, and peak trading periods Travel extensively this is a true field-based role
Proven field sales experience within the Beauty industry Demonstrated success driving sell-out within multi-door retail environments Strong background in beauty education and in-store training delivery
Confident, credible communicator who can influence and inspire in-store teams A natural relationship builder with store managers and Beauty Advisors Commercially minded with a clear focus on sales performance and results Passionate about beauty, storytelling, and delivering exceptional brand experiences
