Overview
We are looking for a passionate Sponsorship & Charity Intern to join our Entertainment & Events team in our Global HQ in Milan.
Your Impact
Operational support to the Sponsorship & Charity Team across a variety of projects (charity events, athlete management, shootings, logistics and shipments).
Preparation of reports, updating Excel files, and managing internal documentation.
Coordination of sample requests, warehouse item search, and interaction with internal teams.
Taking meeting notes and supporting the organization of appointments and team schedules.
Archive management, email handling, and daily back-office tasks.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Flexibility, proactivity, and strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to support the team across various operational tasks.
Motivation to learn, curiosity for new projects, and eagerness to contribute with fresh ideas and perspectives.
