Junior Proposal EngineerSupport the Sales Manager in preparing technical and commercial offers, contributing to improving the speed and quality of the quotation process, while developing techno-commercial skills in a highly application-driven industrial environment.
Your day-to-day- Prepare technical and commercial offers for customized systems
- Contribute to the definition of technical assumptions, scope of supply, and offer clarifications
- Collaborate with the Project Engineering team to support basic cost estimations
- Participate in customer meetings together with the Sales Manager
- Manage offer follow-up activities and handle technical inquiries during the pre-order phase
Your skills and experience- Technical background (degree in Engineering or a technical diploma with industrial experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in an industrial technical environment (e.g. technical office, technical support, production, field/service, application engineering, industrial processes)
- Interest in techno-commercial roles and customer-facing activities
- Ability to understand industrial applications and technical requirements and translate them into technical inputs for proposals
- Strong communication skills, learning mindset and structured approach
- Good level of English, both written and spoken
