Who you are You are a good team player and good at creating and maintaining internal and external contacts, comfortable in working in a complex environment and in IT system, stress tolerant and flexible. About the job You are expected to be the first contact for our Key Account and Support the KAM Team and Operations for commercial issues. What you know We are looking for you with a relevant experience in a similar position. You must have a background in logistic, order handling and planning and be customer oriented. You will be communicating with worldwide customers: therefore, you are expected to: - speak English fluently and preferably a second language like French or German - focus and understanding of the customer needs and gathering information internally - Would be nice to have knowledge as well in commercial/administration/logistic - to be able to work independently and be service oriented - Languages or Commericial Degree
