Within these activities, the Logistics Specialist constantly tracks the warehouse productivity trends and manages the implementation of appropriate corrective actions if necessary /liliPerformance analysis: KPI monitoring and variance analysis against SLAs agreed with the client, planning and managing the implementation of actions to ensure the achievement of SLA targets within the guidelines of the operating plan /liliStrategic and Continuous Improvement projects: participating in projects for the optimization and continuous improvement of warehouses alongside the dedicated TWS team, including data collection and auditing activities for operations handbooks and procedures /liliQuotation for prospects and start-up for new clients /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor A0degree in management engineering (strongly considered as a plus) or equivalent experience /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills /liliExcellent Italian and English language skills /liliEffective communication, interpersonal skills and synthesis ability /liliProficient with Microsoft Suite (good Excel skills are mandatory) /liliAbility to anticipate, manage critical situations and provide effective solutions /liliKnowledge of accounting, warehouse inventory, logistic processes and documentation is preferable /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliExtensive education and training /liliOpportunities for professional development and advancement /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
