Position SummaryMain Opportunities and Challenges:
Organization:
• Contribute to improving the organizational model of the plant.
• Ensure the proper implementation of standard structures, processes, responsibilities, skills, and profiles.
Recruitment and Selection:
• Collaborate with Line Managers and Temp Agencies for Blue Collar recruitment.
• Contribute to White Collar recruiting.
Training and People Development:
• Coordinate and implement the Individual Development Plans (IDP).
• Organize special plant training projects, onboarding, and induction plans for new hires.
Business Partnership and KPI Management:
• Support in monitoring HR KPIs such as labor cost, holiday usage, absenteeism, overtime, and turnover.
• Propose improvement or recovery actions on a monthly basis.
Internal Communication:
• Support communication processes and special projects.
EHS Norms and Procedures Management:
• Ensure industrial safety and plant property safeguarding in collaboration with the EHS Manager.
Labor Relations:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and company regulations.
• Assist in negotiations and union relations.

Job Position Requirements
Education: University Master’s degree in Economics or Law.
Professional Background:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
* Knowledge of labor law.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Considered a Plus:
* Team-oriented attitude.
* Strong listening and communication skills.
