The role 
We are hiring a part-time Community Manager, approximately 20 hours per week, as the first point of contact for prospective members. 
You will guide initial conversations, explain the vision, assess cultural fit, and schedule meetings with the sales team. 
This is people-focused and selective: you will welcome prospects and also ensure only the right ones move forward. 
Key responsibilities 
Handle inbound inquiries on Telegram and WhatsApp 
Run introductory calls, present the philosophy, and answer first questions 
Clearly explain the members club benefits and the lifestyle opportunities within the project 
Assess cultural alignment across natural health, sovereignty mindset, and data protection awareness 
Book qualified prospects into sales calls with the sales team 
Keep accurate records and ensure timely follow-up 
Build trust, confidence, and positive relationships in every interaction 
Requirements 
Fluent Italian, ideally native level 
Strong English skills, spoken and written 
Personal alignment with our values: natural health, privacy, sovereignty, alternative lifestyles 
Experience in community management, customer-facing roles, or sales coordination 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
Highly organized, able to manage multiple conversations at once
