Experteer Overview In this role, you champion customer success for global brands using our AI-powered learning platform. You’ll drive retention, adoption, and satisfaction by partnering closely with customers and cross-functional teams. You act as a trusted advisor, translating data and insights into practical, value-driven outcomes. You’ll shape how customers thrive with Docebo’s technology, influencing long-term partnerships and upsell opportunities. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on platform mastery in a fast‑growing, values‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer retention strategy to reduce churn, boost product adoption, and raise satisfaction scores
  • Act as a trusted advisor, sharing best practices and creative solutions for complex business problems
  • Become proficient on the platform, unlocking new features and tailoring configurations for high-level presentations
  • Partner with customers to define, track, and achieve success KPIs across their Docebo journey
  • Identify and mitigate risks early to ensure a smooth, risk-free customer experience
  • Turn satisfied users into brand advocates who participate in marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to identify upsell opportunities and embed the Docebo Heart in every touchpoint

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing a renewable SaaS book of business in the e-learning or L&D industry
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Consultative mindset using data and intuition to deliver innovative solutions
  • Solid grasp of enterprise systems (SSO, CRM, ERP, HRIS) and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript understanding
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Excellent technical presentation skills and ability to explain complex products clearly
  • Data-minded with the ability to analyze usage metrics to inform strategy
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
