In this role you will act as a Business Analyst within the Operations - Service Transformation team in Continental Europe, based in Milan. You will translate business needs into actionable improvements, bridging business and technology to drive impactful projects. You’ll analyze requirements, model processes, and support delivery while coordinating across departments. Responsabilità
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in project management methodologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Advanced knowledge of business process modelling tools and techniques
* Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
* Strong understanding of insurance business models and end-to-end process designs
* English language; additional languages a plus
* Ability to assess operational issues and deliver sustainable tactical solutions
* Knowledge of trends in the insurance market and adaption for implementation
