The COE enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams. /ppAs a manager on the Change Management Training team, you will drive and contribute to change management, culture, and training initiatives. You will lead one or more key projects end-to-end, with the goal of change and adoption for both Sales Excellence teams and internal customers. /ppYou will: /pulliPlan and execute programs, campaigns, workshops, and other change initiatives. /liliUnderstand leadership’s vision and desired culture (beliefs, values, behaviors) for Sales Excellence /liliGather or interpret data from interviews, surveys and other discovery methods. /liliAnalyze problems, formulate hypotheses, discover insights and make recommendations. /liliCreate key deliverables for each target audience.
