Ph3Overview /h3pDematic, a global leader in intelligent automation, is seeking an experienced EMEA Events Manager to join our Marketing team on a permanent basis. Based within our EMEA organisation, this high‑impact role reports to the Senior Manager of Field Marketing and is central to coordinating strategic, engaging, and flawless events across the region. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPlan, coordinate, and execute both EMEA and local events, trade shows, webinars, and customer engagements to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer experience. /liliProvide local support for some events to Field Marketing Managers as needed. /liliLead event planning from concept to execution with detailed project plans, milestones, and stakeholder involvement. Define showcases and support local FMM with showcases at local fairs. /liliDevelop and implement comprehensive annual EMEA Event plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights and close collaboration with the Global Events Manager, regional Commercial teams, and Field Marketing Managers to ensure consistency with global and regional strategies. /liliManage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts in line with procurement guidelines. /liliCreate and manage event budgets, with real-time budget versus forecast reporting and adherence to financial targets. /li /ulh3Event Lifecycle Ownership /h3ulliOrganise pre‑event logistics and documentation for shipping and assembly of mechanical showcases across Europe. /liliOversee booth build-up and breakdown and ensure timely delivery of materials. /liliPrepare post‑event reports and manage lead uploads; compile event insights and ensure timely reporting and accurate lead uploads into the CRM or designated system. /liliOversee the running of the EMEA Tier1 events, coordinating programmes including PR conferences, product launches, customer evening events, and speaker sessions, with support from local teams as needed. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Design is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered. /liliBackground in B2B event management across international markets. /liliExperience handling logistics for customs and imports to support event materials. /liliProven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholders under pressure. /liliProject management qualification or training is useful. /liliCreativity with a strong eye for detail and visual brand alignment. /liliExperience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. /liliProactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. /liliAbility and willingness to travel to event locations approximately every two months (Domestic EMEA Travel). /li /ulpDematic is an equal-opportunity employer.
