You will guide clients through our exclusive fragrance collections and ensure an exceptional level of service. /ppbr/ppstrongemLocation: NEW OPENING CAPRI, Italy /em /strong /ppstrongemEmployment Type: 1 Full-Time /em /strong /ppstrongemContract : Permanent/Fixed Tem Contract /em /strong /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongWhat You’ll Do /strong /ppbr/ppstrongCustomer Experience Sales /strong /pulliWelcome customers with elegance, representing the Brand /liliGuide clients through the Dr. Vranjes olfactory journey using storytelling and product expertise /liliEnsure an exceptional Client experience, placing the Client first and fostering valuable relationships /liliProactively maximize cross-selling opportunities by leveraging the full range of products available in-store. /liliProvide personalized recommendations and sensory experiences /liliEnhance brand loyalty by transforming every client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience /liliHandle requests and feedback professionally, aligned with luxury service standards /li /ulpbr/ppstrongSales Performance Business Development /strong /pulliAchieve and exceed sales targets /liliEngage in clienteling activities to strengthen client connections /liliSupport and participate to in-store events to boost visibility and sales /liliCollaborate with the team to monitor KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion rate…) /li /ulpbr/ppstrongBoutique Operations Visual Merchandising /strong /pulliEnsure impeccable visual standards and brand image in the store /liliManage stock levels, product replenishment, and back-of-house organization /liliExecute all operational and stock management activities—including inventory, logistics, cash handling, and reporting—in strict accordance with company policies and head office guidelines. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat We’re Looking For /strong /ppbr/ppstrongExperience Skills /strong /pulliAt least 1–2 years of experience in high-end retail, preferably in Fragrance/ Beauty/ Luxury Retail Experience /liliStrong communication skills in Italian and English; other foreign language skills are a plus /liliConfidence in using digital tools and POS systems /li /ulpbr/ppstrongYour Personality /strong /pulliElegant, proactive, empathetic, and service-oriented /liliHigh level of flexibility and ability to problem solve /liliA natural team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to details /liliSelf-motivated, focused and able to use own initiative /liliFlexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business, including weekends and public holidays. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongAre you ready to craft unforgettable olfactory experiences with us? /strong /ppJoin us and bring your expertise to the world of Dr. Vranjes Firenze. /p
