Join Our Team! We are currently looking for a Community Manager in the

BRAND

department, who will be responsible for increasing our brand’s visibility, engaging with our followers, and creating strategic content tailored to each platform. We are looking for someone creative, with a passion for jewelry and luxury, strong analytical skills, and a proactive attitude.

What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like? Support in Social Media Planning: Collaborate on the development of strategic plans for each social media channel, including a detailed editorial calendar, content strategies, and performance analysis.

Oversight of Tone and Messaging: Work with the creative team to ensure a consistent visual and communication tone aligned with the brand across all social interactions.

Community Management: Schedule and monitor posts across all platforms, actively engage with our online community, respond to questions, moderate comments, and encourage participation.

Customer Service on Social Media: Efficiently and professionally resolve customer issues and inquiries through our social platforms.

Analytical Reporting: Use analytical tools to create detailed reports on social media performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize strategy.

Innovation and Development: Contribute creative ideas and proposals to increase engagement and reach on social media, staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with creative, communications, retail, PR, and marketing teams to ensure social media strategies are aligned with overall company objectives.

What We’d Like You to Be Like As a Community Manager at PDPAOLA, you will be responsible for driving traffic growth and building an engaged community across all our social media platforms.

Requirements: 3–4 years of previous experience as a Community Manager and/or in Consumer Relationship Building activities.

Deep knowledge of major social media platforms and consumer relationship building.

Experience implementing and monitoring social media and consumer relationship strategies.

Analytical skills to measure the success of strategies and make adjustments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity and innovative thinking.

Strong creative ability to generate new ideas and select visual content.

Passion for fashion, jewelry, and luxury, with awareness of the latest trends.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

English and Italian (bilingual or very high level).

Spanish at an advanced level is highly valued.
