Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate. /ppWe are looking for a talented and committed HR Plant Specialist to play a critical role in one of our plants located in Abruzzo. /ppstrongScope /strong /ppResponsible in the area of competence for ensuring the management of plant employees in accordance with Company policies, rules and standards, contributing in the implementation and improvement of Company HR processes. /ppHe / She will be responsible for managing the assigned population across all hard and soft processes: selection, training, development, performance evaluation, litigation, KPIs and stakeholder management. /ppHe / She will manage relationships with the entire hierarchy of the assigned division, ensuring the implementation of HR policies. /ppHe / She will have a transversal role, acting as a liaison between central policies and local implementation. /ppstrongGeneral duties /strong /ppThe plant HR Specialist will directly reports to Plant HR Manager /ppHe/she is responsible for: /pulliguaranteeing assistance to the line about staff (workers and employees) /lilimanaging the HR KPIs (headcounts, absenteeism, overtime, injuries) /liliresourcing the organization (recruitment, assignments, internal mobility) /lilicorrect application of HR Policies in the assigned area (Performance Management, Development plan, Succession cards) /liliensure the Safety and Company standard training for the assigned area /liliwidespread in the assigned area of the Company Campaigns and initiatives (Children’s Christmas, Health Campaigns, surveys, communication campaigns) /liliensuring that all issues are properly identified, reported and resolved /liliensuring the correct application of Local Law, Collective Agreement and Company Regulations and managing the internal trade union relations /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /ppThe ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences: /pulliMaster degree in Law, a Master in Industrial Relations is a plus /lili2/4 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a plant setting and previous experience in managing the legal/litigation /liliFluent in English /liliExpertise in Italian employment/labor law /liliDemonstrate ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors /liliStrong communication skills /liliPro-active, enthusiastic and committed person /liliPositive thinking approach /liliGood knowledge of MS Office suite completes the profile /liliAvailable for mobility /li /ulpAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
