This includes managing cross-functional teams, coordinating launch readiness, and ensuring product manufacturability, quality, cost, and timing objectives are met. /ppbr/ppReports to Master Plan Manager. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /pp• Manage Process Project Leaders and ensure implementation of KPI standards. /pp• Define transformation cost and coordinate with Stellantis Production Way and plant excellence teams. /pp• Ensure readiness for X0 Phase and manage slow builds and defect detection. /pp• Implement action plans to meet project targets during plant landing and quality convergence. /pp• Represent the plant in manufacturing teams and coordinate launch activities. /ppbr/ppRequired Skills and Experience /pp• Graduate degree in engineering or related field. /pp• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial environments. /pp• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical scope. /pp• Fluent in English /ppbr/ppSkills and Competencies /pp• Leadership, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities. /pp• Experience in project and program management /ppbr/ppAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
