Responsibilities
Manage customer complaints and forward them to the relevant department for evaluation.
Identify improvement actions and provide quick responses on possible solutions.
Process reimbursement requests, ensuring consistency with company procedures and using the CRM and available software.
Qualifications
High-school diploma.
Preferred commercial and marketing experience.
Proficiency with core IT tools.
Good English language skills.
Profile Characteristics
Proactivity, customer orientation, mediation and problem-solving skills.
