As part of the Marketing Department, CRM Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

- LIFECYCLE CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
\n
\nMonitor and analyze campaign performance through detailed reporting\nConduct monthly checks on automated CRM processes to ensure smooth operation\n
Generate and manage unique promotional codes for customer initiatives
\n
Contribute to the revamp and optimization of customer communications
\n
\n
- CUSTOMER RECRUITMENT & ENGAGEMENT
\n
\nPrepare and analyze weekly recruitment reports to track performance\nAssist in implementing targeted actions to drive customer acquisition\n
Support the development and enhancement of recruitment communication strategies
\n
\n
- MYCLIENT APP SUPPORT
\n
\nProvide support to stores in managing MyClient application\nPrepare monthly reports to assess program effectiveness\n
Oversee promotional campaigns and initiatives for loyalty members
\n
\n
- RETAIL & STORE SUPPORT
\n
\nTrack and manage gift card stock and performance\nEnsure timely and accurate upload of weekly communications on the company intranet\n\n
- TEAM & ANALYTICAL SUPPORT
\n
\nAssist in processing monthly cost orders and budget tracking\nContribute to the creation of the monthly CRM Dashboard, offering insights into customer behavior and trends\n
Logistical support for CRM-related events
\n

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
\n
