We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operation Manager to join Elisabetta Franchi's team.
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational effectiveness, as well as developing and leading the operations strategy for the store. The role will include managing all aspects of after sales, maintenance and inventory control, administration, policy enforcement, security and health & safety. Additionally you will partner with the wider management team to optimize operations across and between all departments while continuing to deliver a positive impact on sales, customer service & stock management.
Responsabilities
Leadership, policies and procedures and projects
* Support the Store Manager with policies and procedures to streamline and safeguard the store, ensuring staff is fully trained
* Ensure the efficient running of the store, both front and back of house. Make ad hoc in store processes to elevate customer experience and facilitate an elevate journey in the store
* Support Country Operations on projects roll out, giving feedback and adapting to the in store experience
Drive for Results
* Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the Asset and Profit Protection influencing service delivery and minimizing loss
* Ensure minimizing shrinkage level in the store, by checking regularly stock using cycle count working to minimize stock loss. Build ad hoc action plan if needed, checking all stores aspects (security, front of house, etc)
* Structure stockroom areas efficiently, in order to speed up customer experience and elevate customer service
* Ensure all Health and Safety legislation and processes are adhered to
* Ensure the store building and all internal areas are maintained to the highest standard both front and back of house.
Brand protection
* Cascade company communications to all members of the store team and lead by example when embracing brand messages
Skills required
* Relevant experience in same or similar role, of not less than 3 years
* Fluent Italian and English written and spoken
* Knowledge of Stock management and stock control operative system
* Problem Solving skills to addresss operational issues
