As a Project Finance Analyst/Associate within our Structured Finance team, you will have the opportunity to manage complex transactions and gain exposure and knowledge by: Engaging in the origination, structuring, and execution of Structured Finance transactions (focused on Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate sectors); Developing financial models, analyzing business plans, and conducting due diligence to prepare credit applications; Supporting internal credit processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing documentation for internal business & credit approvals; Analyzing and negotiating NDAs, term sheets, financial agreements, etc. Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in structured finance or financial advisory.
