Your ride begins here. YOUR MISSION We seek an experienced, hands-on Legal Associate Director to work with Glovo’s Italian and HQ Legal Teams, being part of the Italian leadership team. Be part of a team where you will: Manage a local team of 4 Participate in the Italian leadership team Evaluate business risks and implement mitigation procedures Assist operations with local regulation compliance Strategically address risk and compliance issues, promoting best practices Handle compliance initiatives related to Leg Decree 231/01, attend Supervisory Board, support audits Escalate critical issues to senior management Proactively resolve problems WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE 10-12 years of legal experience in-house or at a reputable law firm Law degree, master in Business Law preferred Native Italian and excellent English; additional languages a plus Expertise in corporate governance, commercial, antitrust, labor law, and compliance Strategic and analytical skills, results-oriented, fast execution Leadership and team management capabilities Experience working with senior management Excellent communication and presentation skills Tech industry experience is a plus We value diverse profiles and encourage applicants from all backgrounds.
