As our Senior Controller you will be reporting to the Head of Admin and Finance, leading the controlling function and ensuring robust financial governance across several Italian companies. Acting as the finance business partner for all functions, you’ll ensure cost control, forecasting discipline, and strong internal controls. You’ll be responsible for data consistency across the different systems, improving internal reporting and processes, while supporting Management in taking strategic decisions.

Develop, prepare, analyze, and present monthly management reporting (P&L;, cost centers, project margins, balance sheet, projections) across different consolidation levels
\n
Ensure data accuracy and consistency between different systems, clearly explaining variances, risks, and opportunities
\n
Support the Business Plan and long‑term planning process, including scenario and sensitivity analyses
\n
Projects, Investments & Growth
\n
Lead project controlling activities, ensuring performance tracking versus baseline budgets
\n
Develop clear variance analysis and actionable recovery plans
\n
Supervising project liquidity and cash‑flow reporting, reflecting up‑to‑date project assumptions
\n
Run financial simulations and analyses during M&A; and investment processes
\n
Validate IFRS impacts on project accounting topics (e.g. revenue recognition, accruals, provisions)
\n
Reconcile management controlling figures with statutory and general ledger data
\n
Prepare comprehensive IFRS reporting packages, including commentary, bridge analyses, and audit‑ready documentation
\n
Present monthly results (IFRS and local GAAP) to the Head of Admin & Finance, highlighting key insights
\n
Design and implement the Italian OPEX cost‑controlling framework
\n
Act as finance business partner to all internal functions
\n
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
\n
~7–10+ years of experience in Controlling/Finance, with strong exposure to project controlling
\n
~ M&A; knowledge is a plus
\n
