With nearly 150 years of experience, over 33,000 employees, 104 plants and 27 RD centers in more than 50 countries, Prysmian helps transform the world around us. /p h3Position Overview /h3 pThis position is responsible for planning and monitoring complex, multi‑year EPCI projects, ensuring the identification and completion of critical path and parallel work activities to achieve optimum performance. /p h3Key Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop project estimates and resource‑loaded schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project software /li liCalculate earned‑value management reporting parameters /li liWork directly with Project Managers and team members to identify and resolve problems related to planning and scheduling /li liDirectly monitor, control, consolidate and provide feedback on the project plans developed /li liAssist the project management team in preparing project reporting, analysis and various management reports /li liConduct project progress monitoring, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts against progress achieved to date /li liRegularly keep management informed of problems, issues and status of the project against the baseline programme /li liDefine and prepare monthly KPIs and reporting in accordance with project requirements /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science or Business /li liProficiency in Excel, MS Project and Primavera P6 /li liFluent in English /li /ul h3Minimum Experience /h3 ul li2 to 5 years of experience in project controls, primarily in project planning and schedule development on EPCI projects (experience in construction and oil gas environments is appreciated) /li liWorking knowledge and experience with Earned Value Management Systems are essential /li liExperience defining and producing planning reports / dashboards /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail /li liProven track record in successfully planning multi‑disciplined projects /li liStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills /li liTeam player able to work on multiple projects simultaneously /li liWillingness to travel (in and out of the country) around 20–30 % of the time /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pPrysmian is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds.
