Your main task will be to ensure the security of data and systems in cloud environments. Vulnerabilities and potential avenues of attack must be identified and mitigated at an early stage. An operating model for these security processes must be implemented. Responsibilities Develop and implement security protocols to protect data in the cloud and prevent unauthorized access Monitor security protocols and logs to identify and analyze potential threats Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses in cloud environments Train employees on cloud security best practices and advise other IT teams on integrating security measures Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations into security breaches Ensure compliance with security standards and legal regulations What You\'ll Bring Along A University degree or advanced diploma in a software engineering-related discipline, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience At least 5 years proven experience in a comparable role Strong technical expertise in cloud security solutions Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way Experience in larger security projects and organizations and the ability to collaborate with a modern cyber security department Knowledge of information security standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2) Broad understanding of modern cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, AZURE) Project management standards and IT-frameworks (e.g. ITIL) Experience as a Service Manager Team player and positive attitude Excellent English communication skills Nice-to-Have Certifications Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Experience in multinational companies Strong customer focus Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Other, Information Technology, and Management Industries IT Services and IT Consulting J-18808-Ljbffr
