* Business Analyst
Mandate :
The role of this Manager, reporting to the Deputy CEO, is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships between the company and all other functions and managers of the Group companies.
He/she will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are satisfied. The ideal candidate is a team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the Group.
Main responsibilities :
* Assistance in defining strategic plans and their implementation
* Internal Client Relationship Management, addressing and resolving client issues promptly and effectively
* Client Advocacy within the company, ensuring internal clients’ needs are understood and met
* Revenue Generation, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and formulating the commercial offer in alignment with the Deputy CEO
* Market Knowledge : stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions in the CRO, CDMO, and biotech sectors, and promptly inform the Deputy CEO with appropriate reports
Requisiti :
* Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or Biotech Sciences
* 3 to 5 years of prior experience supporting C-suite Directors in business evaluation, client management, and providing solutions in the pharma, chemical, consultancy, or financial services industries
* Analytical and structured mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English, commercial awareness, relationship-building abilities, excellent organization and time-management skills, and strong negotiation skills. The candidate should be hands-on and stress-resistant.
