Become the Social Media Manager of the Future Social media is about to change radically. AI agents will increasingly manage content, publishing and online presence for businesses. We are looking for a Social Media Manager Intern who wants to be among the first professionals shaping how social media will work in the AI era.
You will not just manage social media. You will learn how to build and operate AI-powered social media systems. You will work on Love it Baby (https://it.loveitbaby.com), an AI platform designed to automate social media management for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Our mission is simple: make social media growth radically easier for millions of businesses. This is not a traditional internship. You will work directly on a real startup product and learn how social media management will evolve in the coming years. Love It Baby is one of the ventures built and scaled by Pakira. Pakira is a Venture Builder that invests in early-stage companies with revenues between €300K and €3M and actively scales them. Your mission will be to help users succeed with the platform while contributing to improving the product. Responsibilities
helping users create and publish social media posts supporting the creation of captions and post structures helping choose the best visual or graphic for a post evaluating whether a post works well or could be improved assisting users in structuring effective social media content helping users create and manage their AI-powered social profiles assisting customers in using the platform effectively collecting feedback from users identifying friction points in the user experience testing new features and updates collaborating with the product team to improve the platform

Passion for social media.You genuinely enjoy social media and digital content. You already create content—or aspire to become a professional Social Media Manager—and you are curious about how social media is evolving. Curiosity for AI and digital tools.You are interested in exploring how AI and modern digital tools can transform how content is created and managed online. You enjoy experimenting with new tools and learning quickly. Content intuition.You have a good sense of what makes a strong social media post. You can recognize when a piece of content works, when it doesn’t, and how it could be improved. Hands-on mindset. You learn quickly and take initiative. You enjoy getting your hands dirty, testing ideas, and figuring things out by doing. Responsibility and ownership.You take your work seriously and feel responsible for delivering high-quality results. You hold yourself to a high standard and care about doing things well. Creativity and growth mindset. You are curious, creative, and motivated to grow fast—both professionally and personally. Social media familiarity (a plus). Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is appreciated. Having created content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok is also a plus. Language.
