The Customer Service Specialist represents the first point of contact for RedBull Customers, providing support to both external and internal stakeholders. He/she is responsible for the supply chain execution of finished goods & visibility items (VISIT) and for fulfilling the order-to-cash process and reverse logistics.
We are seeking a new team member to join our Customer Service team as a maternity leave cover. The ideal start date is October 2023, with November 2023 as the latest.
Responsibilities
* Shared responsibility for customer satisfaction and related KPIs.
* Track delivery from 3PL to end customer, ensuring high-quality service.
* Resolve operational issues from 3PL and customers.
* Create and update relevant master data in ERP and Sales Order webtool.
* Manage return processes for Finished Goods & VISIT materials and handle customer disputes.
* Handle daily invoicing and creation of credit notes/returns in ERP.
* Perform month/year-end closing and monitor periodic tasks.
* Participate in process automation projects and digitalization initiatives (OCR).
* Use CRM software to manage customer interactions.
* Leverage RPA technologies to automate order processes and reduce manual input.
* Support EDI integrations with customers, maintaining flow and troubleshooting issues.
* Manage orders database, dashboards, and performance metrics; investigate root causes of performance issues.
* Monitor and analyze service levels and 3PL KPIs; identify opportunities for improvement.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and testing.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement improvements and enhance customer relationships.
