Ansaldo Nucleare provides tailored design and engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, commissioning, on‑site installation and integrated logistics services for all market segments in which it operates: New Builds, Fusion, Plant Operation Assistance, Decommissioning and Waste Management.
Posizione
The Sales and Proposal Manager is responsible for managing the full sales cycle with existing and targeted clients, coordinating offer preparation, and ensuring high‑quality proposals.
This role combines strong sales execution with structured proposal management, acting as the link between clients, engineering, quality, cost estimation teams, and senior management.
The Sales And Proposal Manager

is responsible for managing the preparation of bids in response to tenders or direct customer requests, coordinating contributions from various company departments,
is accountable for conducting negotiations with customers and partners until the finalization of orders and agreements,
will support internal sales forecasting and reporting,
will manage digital tender platforms and official communication channels (submission portals, clarifications, addenda, corrigenda).
will support the business development activities.

Requisiti

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or proposal management, with solid exposure to public procurement / public tenders.
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM tools, and document management systems.
Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams across multiple proposals simultaneously.
Strong planning, prioritization, and deadline management capabilities.
High attention to detail and structured problem‑solving.
Negotiation, communication, and client‑facing abilities.
Solid experience with public procurement procedures (EU directives, national procurement laws, etc..).
Ability to develop persuasive technical‑commercial arguments and value propositions.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
