that is introducing its first
HR Manager
. The organization is seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking HR Manager to establish, lead, and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources processes, policies, and strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to
build the HR function from the ground up
, shaping modern HR governance, supporting organizational development, and ensuring alignment with the institution’s mission, values, and regulatory framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the HR strategy in alignment with institutional priorities. - Develop, update, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures. - Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, role classification, and mobility processes. - Coordinate performance evaluation systems and professional development initiatives. - Ensure compliance with Italian labor law, managing contractual and legal aspects. - Foster a respectful, transparent, and collaborative working environment. - Support leaders and staff with personnel matters, organizational planning, and workforce management. - Promote training, managerial development, and a culture aligned with the institution’s values. - Contribute to organizational improvement through process optimization and HR digitalization.
Qualifications
- Degree in Law, Economics, Management, Organizational Studies, or related fields. - Postgraduate training in HR Management is a plus. - 2–5 years of senior‑level HR experience, ideally in complex or non‑profit/educational environments. - Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and employment regulations. - Excellent leadership, mediation, and conflict‑management skills. - High organizational capability, discretion, and sensitivity to institutional culture. - Excellent command of both Italian and English.
A Quadro contract level will be offered. Location: Rome – on site
