Support in the development and implementation of the HRIS specifically designed to obtain, record and process employee information ensuring effective data analysis. /ppbMain responsibilities : /b /pulliCB HR policy development : Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to compensation and analytics ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations; /liliCompensation strategy : design together with CompBen Manager, implement and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, fixed and variable – short and long term, – incentive plans and benefits packages. Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements; /liliInternal / External Benchmarking : Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure that the company's compensation packages remain competitive. Provide recommendations based on market trends and internal data; /liliData analytics and reporting : collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights into workforce trends, employee performance, and compensation metrics.
