As a Project Finance Analyst/Associate within our Structured Finance team, you will have the opportunity to: Engage in the origination, structuring, and execution of Structured Finance transactions (focused on Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate sectors); Develop financial models, analyze business plans, and conduct due diligence aimed at preparing credit applications; Support internal credit processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare documentation for internal business & credit approvals; Analyze and negotiate NDAs, term sheets, financial agreements, etc. Requirements 1-3 years of relevant work experience in structured finance or financial advisory; practice in Project finance and Real Estate transactions is a plus; Master's degree with excellent academic records; Fluency in English; Learning agility, outstanding teamwork and communication skills, analytical mindset; Proficiency in financial analysis (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and financial modeling; Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
